2. the hotel is very clean, free and good wifi accessall over, free calls in the usa, very nice and helpful stuff, we needed to do late check out and it wasn't a problem, you can also leave your bags in the luggage room.

4. We did not take advantage of the breakfast either morning, but I did appreciate the free hot tea in the lobby as I had a bit of a cold during our stay.
