5. The staff was very friendly when we checked in, always smiled and said hello whenever we came and went, and was eager to assist us with storing our luggage or getting a taxi when we checked out.

7. we have stayed here few years ago and on this trip with two other couples we again found this a great location rooms had been up graded and staff again friendly and helpful breakfast more than adequate and there are many good inexpensive deli's and pubs close and of course Times Sq is always jumping.
