10. As a business owner myself I couldn't imagine speaking to my clients this way, makes me wonder if customer service even exists anymore? Certainly left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll be sure to tell family, friends, co-workers and my many clients travelling to NYC to avoid this hotel.
