4. The agent I spoke to for Wyndham rewards, suggested I book a loft style room which according to her and their website , is basically the same as a double queen size room with the exception of much larger windows, floor to ceiling and a loft style roof, much higher then your standard 8 ft ceilings, so everything has a much more spacious feeling.

5. the staff in the free breakfast area, except for Sunday ,was not very polite and when you asked for items that should have been out they were rude and seemed to try to avoid getting it for you, they actually would walk away remove dishes from a table (which they never wiped off any table just removed used dishes) and sometimes I had to actually ask several times.
