5. I was apprehensive at first glance because it is fairly small (6 rooms/floor) but checkin was easy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we arrived at the hotel at check-in we were greeted by the gentleman at the front desk who proceeded to advise us that our room (that we had reserved) had been given away and that the only room available was a 1 King bed room, he said that to accommodate the other couple they would have a air mattress sent up, the gentleman also advised that they would be able to move us to our reserved room the next day.
