5. the man who runs the breakfest is fantastic(make sure you bring down a tip he really deserves them) he cleans up after you, helps you and is soo nice ;) The hotel is so conveniently located like a 3 min walk to time square, the largest macey's is right accross the street, Empire state building is a 5 minute walk away as well as madison square garden penn station and centeal park.
