1. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was always immaculately cleaned, although sometimes not until quite late in the day (we didn't ask for an early clean or anything though so this didn't bother us at all).

2. I should note that the bar staff were quite eager to help, probably because there was a grand total of 2 customers in the huge bar area (no idea what that was when it was an Embassy Suites).

6. Manager, next time: 1) check it earlier as we were out all day; 2) if it happens at 10pm, then threat clients nicely and offer some help, either another room and help moving or a voucher.

7. We had trouble finding someone to help us check our luggage when we left the hotel and we did not see a bell man when we arrived in our taxi in front of the hotel.
