I diligently researched hotels, hoping to find something in Midtown area that would suit 3 adult females, but most hotels with two beds in our price range only offered two double beds with very small rooms, so my search led me to the Embassy Suites, as the idea of two relatively spacious rooms with 3 beds for the same price seemed a decent enough tradeoff for the more remote location in the Financial District.
