1. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was always immaculately cleaned, although sometimes not until quite late in the day (we didn't ask for an early clean or anything though so this didn't bother us at all).

5. With there being 16 floors in the building I wanted to double check that we were in the right suite and the woman on the phone was very short and not friendly at all.

6. Pros - brand new suites with a lot of amenities, nice gym with nice assortment of equipment and refrigerated bottled water, friendly staff, and location near the Hudson River and walking distance to quite a number of sights.
