4. The manager offered a return stay to make our next stay a better one, which was nice but I still wouldn't recommend this hotel if you wanted to celebrate without any glitches until it is completely open for a few more months.

5. After reading so many wonderful reviews about the Conrad going out of their way to make their visits and celebrations of special occasions even that much better, I opted to book a 3 night stay in a Premiere King Suite.

7. The only improvement would be better source of taxis sometimes can be a bit of a wait (altho NY can be notorious for that anywhere depending on time of day).

9. There truly were no downsides here other than a small wait for a taxi mid-afternoon and a lack of help with baggage at arrival (although on departure the help couldn't have been better).
