1. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was always immaculately cleaned, although sometimes not until quite late in the day (we didn't ask for an early clean or anything though so this didn't bother us at all).

5. They even sent someone to do a deep clean of our room and offered to move us but it was already at the end of our stay.

6. We took the deep clean but, I swear they cleaned everything but those finger prints were still there and so was the toothpaste or whatever it was on the light panel switch in the bathroom.

8. Our 1 King Bedroom was clean and spacious - the same lay out in our standard room as we had experienced when the property was an Embassy Suites.

When we got into the room upon closer inspection the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (finger prints on the mirrors and toothpaste prints on the touch switches in the bathroom) I called the front desk and asked about our room being on the 7th floor and if we were in fact in a Premiere King Suite which the website said would be on a higher floor and have ample natural light.
