1. I asked if there was a way I could get some ice, just to cool up a bottle of iced tea, and was told that that was a room service request only.

10. The suite was great for two teenagers, the hotel is spacious, we liked the easy access to Battery Park and the ferry over to Hoboken (weekdays only)which allowed us to visit the home of the Cake Boss from TLC fame, the breakfast was fabulous and easily worth $20 or more per person and even the manager's nightly reception allowed us a chance for a snack and a cool drink prior to evening activities.
"professional service even after we departed! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/22/2010 Vote
