5. About a week before our stay, I recieved an email from Laura Maldonado, director of guest experience, welcoming us to the hotel, giving us some information about the hotel, and letting us know to contact her for any questions or concerns we had.

9. All the hotel staff were welcoming and willing to help, we used the services of the concierge desk several times and both staff working on this could not have done enough to help us.
