1. I wish they'd use better lighting in the rooms, but this is a minor detail.

4. We have not always been too pleased with HGI adjustable king beds (several of which have had leaking air chambers) but we found this bed to be better than any other HGI bed we've had since they switched to the new mattresses.

7. Although we had no view we looked onto a brick wall on the 4th floor, this did not bother us as I feel it made for a much quieter room and a better nights sleep.
