The front desk was well-staffed, the concierge was very knowledgeable, housekeeping was efficient, our room was immaculately clean when we arrived and throughout our stay, internet service dependable and FREE, the breakfast buffet was delicious, elevators lightning-fast, our every need attended to with haste.

9. This is one of the few hotels I have stayed in recently where the complimentary Wifi in the bedroom actually works well - quite fast enough to stream TV from the UK and for Skype calls etc.
