1. , AND rooms are spacious, clean and quiet - even when you're facing the street, the staff is helpful and friendly and to top it off, prices are reasonable.

4. I guess when you go to NYC you actually spend little to barely no time in the hotel room, so what you are looking is a reasonable price, a nice bed, good location and quiet place to sleep and I feel like this hotel has it.
