3. Cons: 7th Floor had horrific, absolutely awful odor the entire length of our stay - requested air sanitizer numerous times without response; public areas and hallways to guest rooms tired and dirty; shower moldy, wall/floor corner areas dirty, overall poorly cleaned accommodations; poor shower design in handicapped room ment major water spillage; slow elevators, only one of two elevators utilized; loud delivery and garbage trucks nightly.

4. The incompetence in never delivering the package was bad enough (nothing stopped the front desk from sending it up with someone to leave in the room, if, as they falsely claimed, no one answered the phone when they called), but the total and blatant lie of the front desk manager and her unwillingness to accept responsibility and do something to make it right for my mother was completely unacceptable.

7. The response to my complaint about this very annoying situation was they had no other rooms available.

8. As it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel this was unacceptable and the way it was handled by management quite unsatisfactory, in fact i emailed a complaint through the website on return from NY and never received a response, this was typical of the management style we observed during our stay.

9. He is responsible for taking luggage to and from the rooms, getting a cab, and storing peoples luggage if necessary.
