1. It is great to have a suite with a kitchen, but for almost $500 per night I expected (and remembered, obviously erroneously) far better accommodations than we found in our 7 night stay.

4. For what they are charging you would expect the smaller details to be taken care of such as furniture with no rips and maybe a better stocked kitchen, and a more accurate description of what they actually offer ie they don't offer views, the serenity tea room is not serene and the complimentary coffee is only available for a few hours.

7. We had a broken bin, broken plug, etc - little things, but annoying* Cleaners always ran dishwasher, but never emptied it* Not enough utensils in kitchenBut overall this was a much better hotel than the one we last used at NYC (The New Yorker) and I'd consider staying there again.
