1. I contacted the managers and the general manager and never received a call back nor did I receive even an email back after I contacted them via email after I had checked out.

3. Everything else about my 3+ week stay was very pleasant -- generally good service (it did depend some on the staff that day) and a very nice room (1 BR with a terrace).

5. Affinia Gardens has everything: big rooms, comfortable beds, excellent pillows (I love this about Affinia in general), wonderful staff, quiet neighborhood, bath robes available, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and a non-corporate atmosphere.

6. The location is great - subway near by, serveral supermarkets very close and some good general shopping also very close.
