1. There was a small glitch on our bill at checkout, but it was taken care of right away.

For what they are charging you would expect the smaller details to be taken care of such as furniture with no rips and maybe a better stocked kitchen, and a more accurate description of what they actually offer ie they don't offer views, the serenity tea room is not serene and the complimentary coffee is only available for a few hours.

3. But the assistant manager I spoke to seemed unaware of the problem, and honestly did not seem to care enough to pursue the matter beyond saying that he would bring it to the attention of his manager (I never heard anything back from him again about it after that).
