1. It is great to have a suite with a kitchen, but for almost $500 per night I expected (and remembered, obviously erroneously) far better accommodations than we found in our 7 night stay.

Cons: 7th Floor had horrific, absolutely awful odor the entire length of our stay - requested air sanitizer numerous times without response; public areas and hallways to guest rooms tired and dirty; shower moldy, wall/floor corner areas dirty, overall poorly cleaned accommodations; poor shower design in handicapped room ment major water spillage; slow elevators, only one of two elevators utilized; loud delivery and garbage trucks nightly.

10. We had been upgraded to the Penthouse on the 13th floor which was a fantastic surprise and staff were very accommodating in sending up an extra rollaway (at no charge) as we had misjudged the number of beds.
