1. Some of the staff members were lovely (Nino, I think his name was, was especially great), but others not so much, and several seemed stressed to the max, perhaps from trying to do their jobs in the midst of construction.

2. It is great to have a suite with a kitchen, but for almost $500 per night I expected (and remembered, obviously erroneously) far better accommodations than we found in our 7 night stay.

8. However, how great is that to have a full kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave? It has been a long time since I had to pay for wifi in a hotel, and $14.

9. The shelves in the shower were great, and because the sink had little counter space, I loved the mirror and counter with lights on the opposite wall, behind the door.
