1. Some of the staff members were lovely (Nino, I think his name was, was especially great), but others not so much, and several seemed stressed to the max, perhaps from trying to do their jobs in the midst of construction.

2. The shelves in the shower were great, and because the sink had little counter space, I loved the mirror and counter with lights on the opposite wall, behind the door.

I loved the Museum Mile location, we enjoyed our visit to the Frick Collection and had an amazing supper at Match 65 nearby, all in all a wonderful place, only complaint, coffee should be available all day not just in the morning; The refrigerator is extremely noisy but loved, loved the suite with the outdoor patio I only wish our dog had been with us.

7. loved the open,, fresh modern aesthetic of the room - huge for a studio, beautiful fabrics, with plenty of lamps, lots of natural light, a really comfy King size bed, pristine new bathroom, great kitchen to store our yummy leftovers from Union Square Cafe and EAtely.
