1. Oh, there were over 70 women who stayed in hotel and every single one had similar positive experiences.

2. Bathroom was small and if I was to pick could have been bigger but overall that is a small point as the positives far outway the negatives.

3. On the less positive side, the room needed updating - some lights didn't work, the kitchen was a bit grubby, and some flakey plaster on the carpet remained untidied throughout our stay.

4. In thinking about what made it so positive, it was really the superior service and attitude of the employees which was consistent from the bellmen to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff to even the maintenance staff.
