1. Excellent huge bed, good linens and towels, sofa, spacious bathroom, fantastic kitchen (with real fridge, real stove and oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, pans, forks, knives, glasses etc).

Room was HUGE comprising a large living room equipped with a sofa bed, kitchen, two queen size beds, service was great, staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, location is safe and quiet in the evening, easy to get from/to Times Square and surroundings, but it needs a bit of renovation, nothing faulty but just a bit classic.
