1. Hard to find in NYC but found this to be perfect.

2. location wise this was perfect for us, we walked everywhere all day every day, it was easy to get the main tourist locations as well as being close to some great little resturants and delis,we felt very safe at all hours of the day and night and would not hesitate walking at night.

3. There was almost a full sized kitchen which would have been perfect if we wanted to cook something - we didn't as we wanted to be out in the city experiencing all the food and sights.
