1. There are plenty of great shops throughout the hotel ranging from the usual sundries to just about anything else you could want to wear or bring back as a gift.

5. I don't understand the line at the starbucks in the lobby each morning, as there is complimentary coffee in your room, but there were plenty of people waiting in line, so it must be quite the money maker for them.

8. Spa access meant that we could use the open-air lap pool there (very quiet and serene, really liked it), the chaises by that pool (always plenty of availability), the two co-ed hot tubs right there by the pool (very very clean, soothingly hot like a hot tub SHOULD be).
