4. We've eaten in all the restaurants on site: for dinner, Tidepools which has for 10 years consistently been excellent, Dondero's, Yum Cha and the Seaview Terrace, for breakfast Ilima Terrace and Poipu Bay Clubhouse and lunch at The Dock.

When our family goes on vacations we always like to indulge ourselves in the best hotels, so we are used to high standards and excellent service - but I must say that the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa in Poipu is a standard of its own, and it's really one of the best and leading hotels in the world.
