1. fresh bottles of water in your room every day, the valet staff always asked if we needed towels or water on our way out even if we didn't valet park the car.

Stayed here last year March -room upgrade,orchid blossoms on the bed, pretty little white toothbrush/shave kit in each room, fresh ice in the room, beautiful FLOWER lei at check in, free frozen yogurt for kids with each meal at 'The Dock'' - this year,same season = ALL OF THESE NICE LITTLE AMENITIES ARE GONE.
