4. In the midst of planning a wedding I was so pleased she took care of everything for me, and we just had to pay the $ and then pack for our dream honeymoon.

7. We had one mishap with our Share the Stars Dinner (they lost our reservation) but the Manager quickly took care of it and kept us very happy :).
