9. The Nines is the nicest hotel in Portland, with great service and beautiful rooms and modern decor, and I can't wait to have a reason to stay there again.

10. We got a package that included breakfast and parking and that kept the total expense reasonable overall, especially given that the cheddar bacon biscuit was one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever eaten.
