4. Brandon did a great job making sure everything was smooth for our downtown stay; a surprise stay for the birthday gal; cocktails in the lobby; excellent dinner at Departure and nearby holiday shopping in the morning for the young and nice hangout on the club floor for the old.

5. The room lay out is one of the best I have seen (the office corner is particularly smart) and feels big, service is excellent, the steakhouse is very yummy, the design of the hotel is very well done.
