1. The valet people were nice; however, there was a cinco de mayo marathon the morning of the graduation and the valet were not informed.

4. Brandon did a great job making sure everything was smooth for our downtown stay; a surprise stay for the birthday gal; cocktails in the lobby; excellent dinner at Departure and nearby holiday shopping in the morning for the young and nice hangout on the club floor for the old.
