1. I was frequently ignored by hotel staff since I am younger and I guess don't look like the type to give tips, not that the service was at a level that deserved a tip.

8. Noise - our room was next to an emergency stair case but people were clearly using it to move around the hotel, so my Sunday morning lie-in was cut short by the sound of people running up and down a metal staircase which sounded like it was directly overhead.

10. The lounge on the 12th floor is nice but as a business traveler I would like to be able to grab a soda/snack to take back to my room and not feel like I have to sit down in a restaurant to get my free diet pepsi in a glass.
