1. This hotel is always busy, so if you are platinum it doesn't always help because the hotel is so often booked that you can never get an upgrade.

2. There was a noisy protest just up the street, they moved us to the opposite side of the property within minutes of our small complaint, helping move our bags, very friendly and helpful.
