1. Every single member of the staff at this hotel was friendly, kind, and welcoming and the food (both room service and the food my company was served by their catering service) was excellent.

10. however, concierge Donna Visnear (not sure about that last name) was very helpful - warm, welcoming, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with, and the bed was perfectly comfortable; the TV worked (but the online folio did not); the bathroom was clean, but I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.
