5. A few reasons to consider the Sheraton Dallas:-Very comfortable beds (they are really awesome)-The gym facility is the biggest & newest I have seen at any SPG Sheraton (or Hilton/Marriott) property.

6. this time we decided to report it and request a tech to take a look, they sent someone up and he fixed it with in minutes sharing the reason for the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.
