1. I found this hotel to be dirty in the guest rooms, the banquet food and service to be poor but I did get exceptional service from Ben Davisson.

5. Pricy hotel, without free internet, fridge or micro, otherwise the service was OK, except - we went to their business center to send a postal card overseas, and a clerk said that they are out of stamps for today.

These two ladies were phenomenal in providing accurate and detailed directions and advice, and were exceptional at securing dinner reservations and making suggestions for meals (Butcher Shop Steakhouse and Sol Irlandes)I was extremely unhappy with not having access to the side doors of the hotel property (on either side of the hotel); entrance was only gained through the front of the facility.

9. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and found my room to be very clean, comfortable and quiet except for the occasional door slammer and loud plumbing.
