3. The BUT is that we had an issue with the key cards throughout our stay and they consistently did not work correctly getting into our room or in and out of the parking garage.

4. While I expect ANY hotel would immediately correct the problem, like the Dallas Sheraton did, however I did NOT expect Debbie's incredible thoughtfulness.

I honestly didn't think my comments here after we spent what felt like a weekend in a low oven last year had really registered with the manager who left a reply, and I want to just put out there what an awesome effort must have been made to correct the problem and what a great thing it is to see a big hotel so obviously take a serious criticism to heart.

8. We actually had much better service from every other waiter in the restaurant than our own (as they did more to get our orders, promptly, and correctly).

Short and sweet here it goes: The room was decent size, big bed(fairly comfortable), shower head didn't work correctly and it sprayed water all over as you huddled under it hoping to get the soap rinsed off, expensive parking($20/night valet), loud noises came from the wall when you turned on the water, walls were paper thin and we were unable to sleep due to noise and the fact that the maid came knocking on every single door down the hall at.
