1. The front desk manager on duty at the time of my arrival, Cindy Bass, provided a seamless check-in and was outstanding in accommodating splitting the room costs.

5. All of these issue took multiple calls and interactions to be addressed, being with a large party I didn't think it needed to even happen but, nevertheless it was a challenge to get what I consider basic accommodations.

9. Service at the hotel was excellent from the Front Desk at check in to the banquet servers who graciously accommodated us to finding a lost phone charger and shipping it back to me.
