3. When I arrived the bellmen were busy helping a large (and needy) family get packed up, so the valets immediately started helping them by greeting people and carting luggage.

6. Jose saw I was struggling with the US Air onlne check in and not only did he put me in contact with the concierge Dan Macey to help with my check in but he made all the arrangements I would need for a car service in the morning to the airport.
