2. When we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, and we were shown to our pool villa, on two floors, with a huge living room with cocktail bar, 2 bathrooms - it was gorgeous.

We were then taken to our upgraded room (Duplex Suite) where waiting for us was 1) champagne to celebrate our special occasion, 2) a gift box from the hotel containing hotel logo adorned shirts, hats and even a shirt for our one year old at home (good attention to detail), 3) the flower arrangment I requested was gorgeous (it was also repeated again in the 2nd floor bedroom), 4) on the bed were flower petals in the shape of a heart with a nice poem in the middle.
