3. Sitting in the peaceful, clean and beautifully styled garden area for drinks before dinner was the perfect way to unwind and the friendly staff were quick and efficient, made suggestions for drinks and cocktails that all turned out to be delicious and nothing seemed too much trouble.

8. If there was a more efficient way of doing the in-room check-in, I'm sure it would be more of a benefit, but at the moment, I think it's a slightly annoying experience when you just want to get everything sorted and get into your room as soon as possible.
