1. Efficient service started from the moment we stepped in - Our suite, near the swimming pool was beautiful - the bed and pillows were so comfy - all those reviews about not getting a decent nights sleep in South Beach was definitely not true here - the surroundings were so calming.

5. Clean, comfortable suites with big, comfy beds and crisp white linens, marble walk-in showers, BIG plasma TV, wireless internet, audio/TV speakers in the ceiling, wet bar and thoughtfully stocked mini-fridge with beverages and sundries.

At first, the foo-foo boutique hotel experience was a bit icy, but we quickly got over it since so many amenities were provided in the room: 2 big flat screen TV's, great stereo system, separate living room on 1st floor with half-bath, comfy king bed, great shower, closet space, central air conditioning.

10. Let's start with the positives: the hotel is undeniably lovely, the rooms (even the cheapest) are incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, full of lovely Aveda products, the beds are fantastically comfy and it is certainly excellent value.
