1. My only disappointment was that I left a piece of clothing there which I loved and I e-mailed them 2 days after I checked out to ask if they had found it and asked if it could be sent to me (at my cost) and I got no reply at all which is a shame as I believe good service doesn't end once you check out.

4. The pool is no great shakes, it's just basically a rectangle with water, but it's quiet and secluded and they have cute little chairs so it's good for the end of the day when you get tired of the sand.

9. It also means you can have a very pricey dinner in said scene, or a very good local place (Manolo across the street for breakfast, and DEFINITELY Puerto Sagua around the corner for authentic, local-spot Cuban food.
