3. It is located at 660 Washington Avenue (7th) and is only a 5 minute walk from South Beach and Ocean's Drive (lots of restaurants / cafes) so very convenient.

5. There are many cheaper breakfast options within a few blocks of the hotel so I probably would look at other options, although the convenience does have its benefits.
