1. Very remarkable to me was the very professional and kind behaviour of all staff members I had the chance to talk to and every member of the hotel staff you give the feeling that there is something to be done reacts in a very responsive , well trained way.

2. The construction site in front of the hotel can be heard when you want to sleep with open indows but this is a large city after all with construction going on all over so this Hyatt can not be blamed for noises coming from outide their premises for which they are not responsible .

3. The staff was very helpful and responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable.
