1. We stayed the night during part of an MA road trip (Plymouth, Boston, Salem) and stayed in hotels that cost much less where we recieved better customer service and better amenities.

5. Overall I had a good experience, and nothing went wrong during my stay (other than inability to use my Iphone) but if I were to do this over again, I would probably try to find a better deal.

6. We paid over $300 per night and when we complained about the noise and construction and problems with the room, all they said was 'sorry' we wanted to extend our stay but they were not even prepared to offer us a better rate so we moved to another hotel.

7. The room we had had 2 double beds - which were comfortable, The room was clean but carpet was worn and furniture had seen better days.

10. Went to the Science Museum which was great, Ate a lot of oysters, had a nice time, just should have been better prepared, as I received little help from the hotel.
