1. There was also a lot of construction in the lobby area which isn't that big of a deal but that combined with the charge for internet access and the noise, we definitely thought it should not be as expensive.

5. As ever hate the petty attempts by big hotel chains to charge for in room wifi - but if you dont want to pay on principle then you can get 20 mins free log in down in the lobby or most coffee houses nearby.

6. The hotel took care of everything, checked everyone in while saving the official check-in for me, gave everyone rooms on the same floor but separated and brought the kids a big plate of cookies and milk.

8. Great location if you're interested in the theater district or the down-town crossing shopping district - it's actually in the same complex that also houses the big Macy's store in boston.
