The hotel took
care
of everything, checked everyone in while saving the official check-in for me, gave everyone rooms on the same floor but separated and brought the kids a big plate of cookies and milk.

what individual customers want or experience, so I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a better value and a more positive experience.
