1. Everything was clean and well cared for and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
"Great Value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
2. The hotel took care of everything, checked everyone in while saving the official check-in for me, gave everyone rooms on the same floor but separated and brought the kids a big plate of cookies and milk.
"Excellent Service From All...Great Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2012 Vote
3. Apparently, they don't care what individual customers want or experience, so I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a better value and a more positive experience.
"Pricey with annoying extra charges-Book elsewhere " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/3/2011 Vote
4. The Regency clearly ensures their staff know how to approach customers, but I left wishing I had been taken care of a little better.
"Details tip the scale " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/11/2011 Vote
5. But it has great staff, who either really care about people orb who at least just don't have the (bad) attitude that so many staff at other hotels have.
"A reliable staple " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/20/2011 Vote
6. The next morning in Boston, one of my friends complained to the front desk (who on the phone sounded like teenagers who didn't care) and eventually asked for and receieved some free breakfast vouchers but no apology from the manager or anything like that.
"Great location but not what I'd expect from the Hyatt brand " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/19/2011 Vote
7. Be careful when eating in the dining room as it is also overrated.
"Don't get what you paid for " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2011 Vote
8. We were also told that we couldn't bring in our own alcohol into the hotel (very expensive when you buy it there), so we had to be careful.
"The hotel was fine, but nothing special " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/6/2011 Vote
9. The problems continued - the conference I attended ran out of coffee after 1/2 hour, and the hotel, claiming to take care of this, did nothing until the 2nd day, at which time they still provided inadequate coffee.
"An awful hotel experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2011 Vote
10. When we arrived at the Hyatt the day before the ceremony, Christine met us at the desk and throughout the event, took care of our every need.
